Episode 44 - Tryout 2..a new friend..

hey all !!
been away for a couple of days..
coz i wanted to have this post up next...hehehe..
let's start off..

First on d list..
my 2nd tryout of cooking..Lol~
well, Weifun left on tuesday,
so monday night..i thought i'd try something..
i mean..cook something..to bid her farewell..Lol..
her last dinner..in a way..wahahaha

Baked Chicken with Lemon Zest

Mushroom with Spinach Bruchetta
Vegetarian meal

Chicken Stuffed with Shaved Ham and Swiss Cheese wrapped with Bacon
something for the Carnivors

our dinner for that night..

the one in the pot was a failure..
tried something vegetarian..
turned out something that i wouldnt even dare trying to eat...lol

the night after that...
spend most of my time in Uni's computer hut..
AIC..
had to do some reading, thesis typing and presentation..
so..been hanging out with Zhenjie and Yeonglee too..

both of them often come AIC..
so juz recently, i mean yesterday..
i asked YeongLee to ermm...
make me a diet plan to help me lose weight...
she took my diet history and all..
i hope she did it tho..
coz i am DEAD SERIUOS about lowering down my weight ..
hehehe..

today..
extreme extreme workout..
i woke up at 8..went to the gym..
to practice shooting for an hour or so..
then went for a Total Body Workout at 9.15am..
along with YeongLee..
i was the ONLY guy there..
but i dont mind..worth it..
i get to see cun chick..Lol..
had my eyes fixed on one..
keep doing mistakes during the workout..Lol~

after the workout..went home.. had a good shower, breakie..
and then back to AIC till about evening 5pm...
went to the gym again..
this time for Body Pump..
its a class where weights are involed to help build a stronger body..
it was my first time doing it..
so it was DEADLY !!!
continued on with a couple hours of basketball ..
so right now,
my shoulders, thighs, abs, back, calf..EVEN MY ASS is sore ...

thats what my past couple of days and today has been like...

here i would also like to add..
i met a new friend !!
i am as happy as a lil boy now..
met a new fren who it seems..
to be a real good basketball player too..
he's from Tawau and
I personally have high respect for Tawau's bball standards..
He's Ah Yap..(dont know how to spell his real name)
wont have a picture of him..coz it'll juz feel gay..
